As our Revenue Accounting Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our accounts receivable process, ensuring financial integrity from cash application through to revenue reporting. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire accounts receivable process, overseeing cash application, collections, detailed reconciliations, and critical revenue-related reporting.
Guarantee that every transaction across all payment providers is accurately captured, reconciled promptly, and accounted for in strict accordance with applicable standards.
Manage the full AR cycle, encompassing gross revenue, refunds, fees, chargebacks, and cash collections.
Own daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across a diverse portfolio of payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Finix, Nuvei, and Worldpay.
Reconcile gross sales, associated fees, chargebacks, refunds, disputes, reserves, and payouts directly to bank statements and the general ledger.
Thoroughly investigate and efficiently resolve all variances, timing differences, and unmatched items to maintain immaculate financial records.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior accounting or revenue accounting role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the full accounts receivable cycle.
Expertise in reconciling high volumes of transactions across multiple payment gateways and financial platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a talent for identifying and resolving complex discrepancies.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).
Proficiency with various ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote work environment.
