Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Serve walk-in clients with a professional demeanor, converting inquiries into long-term loyal customers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and expand our client base through effective relationship-building and market penetration strategies.
• Product Advocacy: Stay informed about our world-class brands to provide expert guidance and advice to customers.
• Sales Operations: Manage merchandising tasks, prepare timely weekly reports, and ensure efficient after-sales service.
• Brand Representation: Act as a positive ambassador for the company at all times.

Please note: This position involves long hours of standing and requires the physical stamina to maintain an active sales floor presence.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND.
• Certification: Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program or hold an official exemption letter.
• Sales Acumen: Proven experience in retail sales is highly desirable, combined with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Communication: Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability: Must reside in or around the designated work location.
