Key Responsibilities

For Retail Loan Officers:

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, guiding borrowers through the mortgage process with expertise and care.
Proactively originate new mortgage loans, leveraging a comprehensive suite of products to meet diverse client needs.
Efficiently manage a robust pipeline, relying on superior operational and underwriting support to streamline the closing process.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client experiences.

For Retail Sales Leaders (Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Manager, Region Manager, Divisional Manager):

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing mortgage loan officers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Oversee P&L management, driving strategic growth and profitability within your assigned territory or branch.
Implement effective sales strategies and foster a culture of excellence, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Identify and recruit top talent, building a strong team dedicated to industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements

An active NMLS License is essential for all roles.
For Retail Loan Officers: A minimum of 2 years of recent residential mortgage origination experience is required.
For Retail Sales Leaders: You should possess 3+ years of experience in retail mortgage sales or P&L management.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong desire to grow, adapt, and succeed with the support of exceptional lender partners.
