The Role

As a Research Technician II, you will play a critical role in our tissue culture and propagation research. You will be responsible for:

Preparing culture media and substrates while maintaining laboratory facilities.
Executing culture initiation and maintenance for propagation trials.
Performing routine data collection, ensuring rigorous documentation and traceability.
Supervising trainees and temporary labor to ensure project goals are met.
Upholding strict aseptic conditions and adhering to all safety protocols and SOPs.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who possess:

An OND in Plant Science, Crop Production, Agricultural Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in a similar technical or laboratory role.
Hands-on knowledge of tissue culture, aseptic techniques, and hydroponic/screenhouse systems.
Strong communication and supervisory skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory excellence.
