The Role
As a Research Technician II, you will play a critical role in our tissue culture and propagation research. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing culture media and substrates while maintaining laboratory facilities.
- Executing culture initiation and maintenance for propagation trials.
- Performing routine data collection, ensuring rigorous documentation and traceability.
- Supervising trainees and temporary labor to ensure project goals are met.
- Upholding strict aseptic conditions and adhering to all safety protocols and SOPs.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who possess:
- An OND in Plant Science, Crop Production, Agricultural Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a similar technical or laboratory role.
- Hands-on knowledge of tissue culture, aseptic techniques, and hydroponic/screenhouse systems.
- Strong communication and supervisory skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory excellence.
