Overview

As part of our dynamic team, you will act as the main point of contact for managing high volume subscription renewals across a diverse portfolio of Nordic clients. You will operate with an impressive level of autonomy, taking charge of the entire renewal lifecycle. Success in this position means keeping our churn rates low, securing contract accuracy, and spotting smart opportunities to expand accounts whenever renewal time rolls around.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute full end to end renewal workflows for assigned regional customer accounts independently.
Drive timely and accurate contract completions while minimizing friction for the customer.
Defend our existing customer base by spotting potential churn risks and renewal blockers early.
Identify and pursue organic expansion opportunities during the renewal cycle.
Communicate professionally and persuasively with regional clients via phone and email.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, account management, or renewals, ideally within the technology sector.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple fast moving renewal cycles simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills with a confident and customer first approach.
Familiarity with the Danish market and business culture is a major plus.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
