Overview

No Sweat Work Media is seeking an experienced Creative Producer and Account Manager to join us on a freelance contract. This pivotal role runs from mid-August through to the end of November. We need someone who can seamlessly navigate both creative production and account management, providing essential support to our Founder and Client Partner who expertly leads our client relationships. While strong client management capabilities are vital, extensive production experience truly is at the heart of what we seek for this fully remote, South Africa-based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Driving projects forward from the initial briefing and creative development stages all the way through pre-production, the shoot itself, post-production, and finally to successful delivery.
Skillfully coordinating a diverse range of production partners, including directors, photographers, editors, post-production houses, and other external suppliers, ensuring everyone is aligned.
Taking charge of managing complex timelines, budgets, project scopes, various deliverables, and securing all necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Providing robust support to our Founder and Client Partner across all facets of this demanding global account, ensuring smooth operations daily.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Creative Producer and Account Manager, comfortable operating in a hybrid capacity.
Proven track record of strong client management skills, capable of building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Extensive, hands-on production experience covering pre-production, the production phase, and post-production workflows is absolutely essential.
A keen eye for detail and a talent for day-to-day project delivery from concept to completion.
Ability to coordinate multiple partners, manage numerous deliverables, and meet tight deadlines with composure.
Must be based in South Africa, available to work remotely for the duration of the contract.
