Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Outbound Sales Agent, your daily efforts will include:

Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
Clearly articulating the value proposition of MCI's solutions to potential customers.
Actively listening to customer needs and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Collaborating effectively with the sales team and management to refine strategies and improve performance.
Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements
