Overview

As a Forward Deployed Systems Engineer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our core technology and our deployment environments. We want someone who brings a solid mix of systems administration, software development, and cloud infrastructure know-how. You will build software components, configure robust Linux environments, manage networks, and integrate complex applications. Success in this role means taking full ownership of technical challenges and turning complex requirements into smooth, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers alongside diverse application environments.
Manage cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, networking setups, DNS records, firewalls, and security certificates.
Diagnose tricky system-level issues related to resource usage, network connectivity, user permissions, and application performance.
Develop custom software components and scripts to automate daily operational workflows.
Deploy, integrate, and support enterprise applications across various infrastructure and application layers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into stable technical implementations.

Requirements

Three to five years of hands-on experience spanning systems engineering, software development, and technical implementations.
Deep working knowledge of Linux server administration and cloud infrastructure management.
Strong background in networking fundamentals, virtual machines, firewalls, and DNS management.
Proven ability to write code and build software components alongside operational infrastructure tasks.
A practical, independent problem solving mindset with the ability to own projects from development to production support.
