Key Responsibilities

Build custom WordPress themes and develop new Gutenberg blocks, leveraging either ACF or React, to bring client designs to life.
Craft pixel-perfect, performant, and accessible website implementations from provided design mockups using HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
Work collaboratively with our design and consulting teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of web projects.
Develop and extend WordPress plugins, ensuring they meet project specifications and enhance site functionality.
Navigate and utilize PHP and WordPress/Drupal internals to troubleshoot issues, extend existing features, and integrate various systems effectively.
Ensure all web projects are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience across all devices.

Requirements

Proven expertise in building clean, performant, and accessible user interfaces with HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
Demonstrable experience with WordPress theme development and the creation of custom Gutenberg blocks, whether using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or React.
Comfortable working within PHP and possessing a solid understanding of WordPress or Drupal internal structures for effective customization and problem-solving.
Ability to accurately translate complex design mockups into functional, high-fidelity web pages.
A strong commitment to best practices in web development, including version control, code quality, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
