Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted lead by scheduling daily work, resolving escalated issues promptly, and reporting key information directly to management.
Spot recurring challenges and potential roadblocks early, then formulate and implement smart processes or controls to prevent them.
Deliver reliable technical support across all levels for various system issues.
Evaluate and schedule software upgrades, test program temporary fixes, and handle general maintenance of system tools.
Coordinate closely with business product developers to relay updates regarding new enhancements and upcoming product releases.
Continuously review application environments to spot risks ahead of time and apply corrective measures immediately.

Requirements

A strong understanding of the recruiting process and how it aligns with data operations.
Hands on experience working with dimensional data models designed to support business intelligence and reporting environments.
Solid proficiency in system design and proactive problem solving.
