Key Responsibilities

Expertly handle both inbound and outbound collections calls, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency throughout each interaction.
Skillfully negotiate payment arrangements and successfully resolve delinquent accounts, working towards positive outcomes for all parties.
Maintain consistent and proactive follow up communication with customers to ensure progress and uphold account integrity.
Accurately and thoroughly document all account interactions and updates within our systems, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping.
