Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers across various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to resolve inquiries related to online orders.
Provide comprehensive support for online orders, assisting with delivery status, managing returns, processing refunds, and addressing payment concerns.
Uphold strict data security protocols, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and PCI standards in all interactions.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth problem resolution.
Identify and escalate complex issues following established internal guidelines, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

An exceptional command of Swedish, equivalent to a C2 level or higher, coupled with fluent English skills (C1).
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, clear and empathetic in every interaction.
A knack for problem-solving, with an ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions.
