Key Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop top sales talent across more than 35 individual contributors and 4 managers.
Ensure your team consistently crushes monthly and quarterly sales and operational targets.
Engage directly with our SMB customer base to help close strategic, high impact sales opportunities.
Provide daily operational leadership while continuously improving our sales processes and execution.

Requirements

Proven track record of scaling and leading high performance commercial sales teams in the technology or software space.
Deep experience managing multiple sales managers and large groups of individual contributors.
Strong background in developing sales talent and coaching teams to exceed ambitious targets.
Exceptional ability to engage directly with SMB clients and navigate complex sales cycles.
