Overview

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our supply chain operations across multiple countries. You get to bridge the gap between factories, warehouses, and sales teams to ensure that critical healthcare products reach the people who need them most without unnecessary delays or waste.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all core supply chain functions including demand planning, manufacturing schedules, and inventory control across different regions.
Boost operational visibility by sharpening forecasting accuracy and fine-tuning logistics pathways for timely deliveries.
Collaborate daily with commercial teams, distribution partners, and manufacturing plants to maintain ideal stock levels.
Spearhead high-impact initiatives like ERP system rollouts, robust S&OP reporting frameworks, and regional process standardization.
Advise executive leadership on potential supply chain risks while uncovering new opportunities for future growth.
Define meaningful key performance indicators and monitor operational results to continuously elevate team standards.

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated regional experience managing supply chains specifically within pharma, medical devices, or other heavily regulated industries.
Deep working knowledge of demand planning best practices, sales and operations planning, inventory control, and workflow optimization.
