Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging on-site and virtual enrollment and education services to a wide variety of clients.
Communicate intricate retirement plan and investment concepts so that participants at every level feel inspired and informed.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with plan sponsors and Financial Representatives by showcasing our industry-leading products.
Collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners while operating effectively on your own.
Utilize multimedia presentation tools to break down barriers to financial literacy and drive positive participant outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience in public speaking, presenting, or educating audiences on financial or retirement concepts.
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Comfort with a remote work model combined with the willingness to travel within an assigned territory as needed.
Exceptional communication skills with a knack for translating complex financial data into digestible, motivating insights.
