Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional marketing programs and campaigns tailored to the unique needs and trends of the East or Central US markets.
Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, generating high quality leads and pipeline.
Support local field events, webinars, and virtual experiences, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact on our target audience.
Localize global marketing content and assets, adapting messaging to resonate effectively with regional prospects and customers.
Manage vendor relationships and budgets for regional initiatives, ensuring cost effective and high performing outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Act as a brand advocate, representing Grafana Labs at various industry events and fostering community engagement within your region.
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, bringing regional perspectives and innovative ideas to the broader team.

Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for regional or field marketing experience within the East or Central US.
Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns, particularly in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Strong project management abilities, with a knack for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
A data driven mindset, comfortable analyzing metrics and making informed decisions to optimize marketing spend and results.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast paced, and highly collaborative global team environment.
Knowledge of the observability, cloud, or open source technology landscape is a significant advantage.
