As our Regional General Manager for Market Performance in the Central US, you will act as the ultimate business owner for a massive territory. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that requires you to reside within our Central US territory, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee. You will lead through influence, working alongside talented centralized teams in recruitment, enablement, and partner success to bring our shared vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Own the regional P&L completely, driving disciplined growth and meeting ambitious financial targets across the Central US.
Translate overarching company strategy into sharp, localized execution that boosts patient access and therapist visits.
Build and nurture vital physician relationships and health system partnerships to expand our regional footprint.
Collaborate closely with centralized functional teams to optimize therapist acquisition, enablement, and account management.
Balance local market nuances with standardized company excellence to ensure every patient receives exceptional care.

Requirements

Proven track record of managing a regional P&L and driving strong operational performance in a fast paced environment.
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to drive results by influencing cross functional teams without direct reporting lines.
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, physical therapy, or multi unit service models is a huge plus.
Residency within the designated Central US territory.
A strategic mindset coupled with a relentless drive for hands on execution.
