Key Responsibilities

Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of high-potential host accounts. You will act on data-driven insights that help hosts attract more bookings.
Engage with hosts through a high volume of outbound calls, typically 10 to 20 per day. You will also connect via video meetings and email, ensuring consistent follow-up across all channels.
Clearly present data using charts and approved tools. Effectively explain the Maleda Tech platform's unique value to hosts.
Guide hosts in understanding how their pricing compares across various booking platforms. Expertly address common questions and objections they may have.

Requirements

A genuine enthusiasm for outbound outreach and building strong relationships quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex data simply and persuasively.
Comfort and proficiency in a phone-heavy role, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude through consistent host engagement.
An analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable advice for hosts.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
Prior experience in business development, account management, or a customer-facing role is a plus, especially if it involved outbound communication.
