The Recruiting team at Signifyd plays a vital role in building and growing our world-class workforce. More than just filling roles, we act as strategic partners to hiring managers across the company, working closely with them to understand team goals, assess current and future talent needs, and develop effective hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities

Efficiently schedule and coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones, managing calendars for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Provide a consistently positive and professional candidate experience through clear, timely, and engaging communication.
Manage and update candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare interviewers and candidates with all necessary information, including resumes, interview guides, and logistical details.
Assist with various recruiting projects, including event coordination, data reporting, and process improvements, to enhance efficiency.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout their interview process, answering questions and providing support.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to anticipate needs and streamline the hiring workflow.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and warmth.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or similar productivity tools.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, global team setting.
