Key Responsibilities

Strategically coordinate and schedule interviews across numerous global time zones, ensuring clear communication for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and fostering a positive, professional experience throughout their application journey.
Manage and update candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process integrity.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific scheduling needs and proactively address potential conflicts.
Assist in streamlining our interview processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, contributing to various talent initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in a recruiting coordination or similar administrative support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging professionally with diverse stakeholders worldwide.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating the dynamic landscape of a high-growth tech startup.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fully remote, global team.
