Role Overview

We are searching for a hands-on Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition initiatives across European markets. You will integrate directly with our internal Talent Acquisition crew and collaborate closely with hiring managers. In this position, you will do much more than just review incoming resumes. You will map talent landscapes, pinpoint high performers, initiate authentic conversations, and guide candidates through an engaging hiring journey across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day work touches every phase of early talent engagement and pipeline management

Partner with internal recruiters and hiring leaders to understand specific role requirements, team dynamics, and market nuances
Source active and passive talent across various European regions using creative search strategies, professional networks, and talent platforms
Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate skills, motivations, and cultural alignment
Build, nurture, and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current openings and future strategic hiring goals
Ensure every candidate experiences smooth, transparent, and respectful communication from first contact onward
Track your sourcing metrics and share market feedback with stakeholders to refine ongoing search strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring strong sourcing instincts and a collaborative mindset

Proven track record in recruitment or talent sourcing, particularly with exposure to European tech or commercial markets
Demonstrated capability in proactively uncovering passive candidates through creative sourcing methods
High level of comfort working collaboratively alongside internal recruitment teams and hiring managers
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with an authentic and engaging outreach style
Self-motivated attitude suited to an autonomous, distributed work environment
Organized approach to pipeline tracking, candidate management, and prioritization across multiple active searches
