Key Responsibilities

Support the entire recruitment lifecycle within a virtual setting, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
Work closely with hiring managers to truly understand their specific team needs and desired candidate profiles.
Proactively source and engage with highly qualified candidates across diverse global markets.
Thoroughly screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating skills and cultural fit.
Organize and coordinate all virtual interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive experience for all participants.
Champion a positive, timely, and respectful candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Act as a key representative and brand ambassador for Connor Consulting, showcasing our values and culture.

Requirements

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a remote or distributed team environment.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and innovative sourcing strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and engaging interactions.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
A keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent time management skills.
