Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize our extensive database, popular job boards, and various internet platforms to proactively identify and attract highly qualified candidates for all open roles.
Pipeline Development: Strategically build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse talent through consistent proactive outreach, professional networking, and genuine relationship-building efforts.
Candidate Qualification: Thoroughly qualify candidates through in-depth screenings and interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific school environments.
Interview & Offer Management: Skillfully manage the entire interview process, providing guidance to both candidates and hiring managers, and expertly negotiating offers to ensure successful placements.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates and school clients, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey.
Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the education sector to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proven Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success in a recruiting role, ideally within a fast-paced staffing agency environment or a similar context. Experience in education or healthcare staffing is a significant plus.
