This fully remote, worldwide opportunity lets you bring empathy and precision to healthcare from the comfort of your home office. While we embrace a borderless virtual workspace, please note that we currently cannot hire residents in AZ, CA, CO, ME, NE, NJ, NY, NV, OR, WA, MD, RI, WV, AK, HI, CT, DE, VT, or Puerto Rico due to internal business considerations. Starting August 13, 2026, you will earn $16.00 per hour while guiding patients through essential medical imaging appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, accurate, and timely support to patients navigating medical imaging needs.
- Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments across multiple imaging modalities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact within a high-volume contact center environment for patients, providers, and pharmacies.
