micro1 is building the next generation of AI, and we need your expertise. We are actively searching for dedicated QuickBooks Specialists to join our team as contractors. This is a unique chance to leverage your deep understanding of QuickBooks Online and Desktop in an exciting AI training initiative. You'll play a crucial part in enhancing AI capabilities by ensuring accuracy and integrity within financial data processes. This role is fully remote and open to talent worldwide, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a global team.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop environments.
Oversee critical accounting tasks, including managing invoicing processes, handling bill payments, and performing meticulous bank reconciliations.
Prepare and thoroughly review essential financial statements, such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
Ensure the accurate maintenance of the Chart of Accounts, as well as customer and vendor records.
Proactively identify and pinpoint accounting errors along with potential workflow inefficiencies.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Demonstrated hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
A robust background in bookkeeping or accounting principles.
Proven experience with comprehensive financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
