You will report directly to senior leadership, playing a vital role in ensuring every project starts with precise numbers and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine exact material requirements.
- Perform detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs for various commercial finishes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and estimators to review scope changes and project updates.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all material pricing and estimations.
- Identify potential cost discrepancies early and communicate findings clearly to the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Takeoff Specialist or in a similar estimation role within construction.
- Deep understanding of commercial finishes and reading complex architectural blueprints.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp focus on accuracy and numbers.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
