Key Responsibilities

Support and enhance our high-performance real-time risk engine capable of processing over ten thousand position updates every single second across perpetuals, spots, and prediction markets.
Design and implement advanced risk metrics including portfolio VaR, stress VaR, expected shortfall, Greeks aggregation, and cross-asset correlations.
Build robust position limit frameworks covering notional caps, delta limits, concentration limits, leverage constraints, and drawdown thresholds.
Develop sophisticated statistical models for tail-risk scenarios involving fat-tailed distributions, regime switching, and correlation breakdowns.
Implement complex margin calculation engines featuring cross-margining logic, liquidation price models, and continuous maintenance margin monitoring.
Collaborate closely with our trading infrastructure team to guarantee sub-fifty millisecond P99 latency for critical risk calculations.

Requirements

Proven track record building quantitative risk systems within high-frequency trading, prop trading, or crypto derivatives environments.
Deep understanding of portfolio risk metrics, margining logic, and real-time calculation engines.
Exceptional coding skills and the ability to write low-latency, highly optimized code.
