We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding our brand promise by establishing, enforcing, and monitoring rigorous quality standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and present essential quality data for management review.
- Supervise product testing and sampling processes to ensure consistency.
- Execute internal audits and regular quality inspections.
- Monitor operational performance against established KPIs.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training on quality protocols.
- Drive the implementation of robust quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience within the FMCG industry.
- High proficiency in MS Office software.
