As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will take full responsibility for quality across both the NedGraphics and Optitex product portfolios. Artificial intelligence is accelerating our engineering output, making this the perfect time to build a modern, high-performing quality function that expands automation coverage and raises the bar for excellence. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the EU and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own the comprehensive QA strategy across our product portfolios, bringing a clear vision of excellence based on your past experience building quality functions.
Lead a strategic transformation of the QA team, moving from current practices to a modern, automation-first, AI-enabled operation complete with a credible roadmap and milestones.
Foster a strong quality-focused culture both within your direct team and across the broader organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior QA or quality leadership role, successfully scaling and transforming quality assurance functions.
Deep expertise in modern test automation frameworks and a clear understanding of how to leverage AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and inspiring engineering talent.
