Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities across our agentic platform.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software releases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, identifying and documenting defects with clear, concise bug reports.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test suites, enhancing our continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, providing feedback and insights to improve product quality from conception to deployment.
Investigate complex technical issues, working with engineering teams to pinpoint root causes and implement effective solutions.
Advocate for best practices in quality assurance, helping to uplift testing methodologies and standards within the team.

Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with API testing tools and concepts (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a distributed team environment.
Experience testing complex web applications or AI/ML driven products is a significant plus.
