Key Responsibilities

Design client specific quality strategies, including sampling methods and acceptance thresholds, adapting quickly whenever project scopes shift.
Conduct thorough root cause analyses and drive corrective action plans alongside clear timelines and effectiveness checks.
Plan and oversee training and certification programs for raters, annotators, and coordinators, tracking completion rates and overall impact.
Maintain dynamic dashboards tracking throughput, accuracy, productivity, and cost, turning raw insights into meaningful action.
Manage client escalations professionally by presenting smart options, trade-offs, and reliable recovery paths.
Standardize standard operating procedures, templates, and checklists to guarantee consistent execution at scale.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, data quality management, or operations within a tech or AI-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning dashboard metrics and performance data into actionable business strategies.
