We are actively searching for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and meticulously maintaining robust automated testing frameworks for complex enterprise web, API, and distributed systems. You will play a crucial part in engineering quality, collaborating closely with development teams to significantly expand test coverage, seamlessly embed automation into our CI/CD pipelines, and ultimately accelerate the confident delivery of our software products. Salary Range: $75,000 to $98,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks for enterprise-level web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to integrate quality assurance best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Significantly expand automated test coverage, ensuring comprehensive validation of new features and existing functionalities.
Implement and embed automation scripts into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to achieve rapid feedback cycles.
Identify, analyze, and document defects, working with development teams for timely resolution.
Continuously improve testing processes and strategies, embracing innovative approaches to test automation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of quality within the engineering team.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in QA Automation Engineering.
Demonstrated strong hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Jest).
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience with performance and security testing principles is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
