Overview
As a QA Analyst at BillingPlatform, you will dive deep into our cloud-based revenue lifecycle management platform. You will work alongside talented engineers, product managers, and customer advocates to ensure our releases are rock solid. Your sharp eye for detail will protect the user experience for top tier enterprises relying on us every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new feature releases.
- Perform rigorous manual and automated testing to identify software defects and edge cases.
- Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, replicate bugs, and verify fixes.
- Contribute to our continuous integration and delivery pipelines by embedding quality practices early in the cycle.
- Advocate for the end user by ensuring high standards of usability, security, and performance across the platform.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in software quality assurance, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, scripting languages, and API testing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a natural curiosity for how complex systems work under the hood.
- Clear communication skills in English and a self-motivated approach to remote collaboration.
