Key Responsibilities

Design comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for complex SaaS features.
Execute manual and automated tests to catch issues before they reach production.
Partner closely with product managers and software developers to understand requirements and spot potential pitfalls early.
Track defects thoroughly and verify fixes through the complete software development lifecycle.
Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives within our global engineering organization.

Requirements

Strong practical experience in software quality assurance for web applications or enterprise SaaS products.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and the software development lifecycle.
Hands on experience with writing clear test scripts and managing bug tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling smooth collaboration across international distributed teams.
