Our courses typically run for eight weeks, meeting once or twice each week. We utilize a blended learning approach, combining live interaction with technology enhanced components, such as online discussions and assignments, to create a rich learning environment. Your commitment will be on a course by course basis, providing flexibility. This is a fully remote position, welcoming applications from qualified candidates anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Engaging Instruction: Facilitate dynamic and interactive learning experiences for students, both in live sessions and through online activities.
Curriculum Delivery: Teach foundational psychology concepts and practical applications for personal and professional life.
Topic Expertise: Guide students through topics including learning theories, attitude formation, personality development, social influence, effective communication dynamics, conflict resolution strategies, motivation, leadership principles, and group roles.
