Overview

Junior Library Guild helps librarians and schools build diverse and engaging reading collections. This is not an entry level position. We want candidates who have already proven themselves in quota carrying outbound environments. You will take ownership of your daily activity, nurture your pipeline, and drive real results without needing someone to look over your shoulder.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and build fresh customer relationships with schools and libraries globally.
Own and grow an active pipeline of sales opportunities from start to finish.
Execute consistent outbound call and email outreach campaigns every single day.
Drive account renewals and spot expansion possibilities within current accounts.
Lead consultative sales conversations to recommend the ideal subscription solutions.
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in quota carrying outbound sales roles.
Highly relevant experience in K12, library, EdTech, curriculum, publishing, or general education sales.
Ability to work independently as a remote team member from anywhere in the world.
Strong communication skills and a natural talent for consultative selling.
