Overview

As our global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders, you will sit right at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic growth. This position brings together capability ownership, governance, training, and Salesforce expertise. You will support major strategic proposals while ensuring our internal teams have the exact tools, templates, and knowledge they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary global authority for all proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders across Clinical Development Services.
Design, roll out, and maintain worldwide standards, templates, operational tools, and governance frameworks.
Drive comprehensive training programs, onboarding pathways, and ongoing competency development for the wider team.
Manage Salesforce and CRM capabilities to ensure smooth tracking and reporting of commercial activities.
Provide high level commercial backing for complex strategic bids and negotiations.

Requirements

Extensive background in proposals, contracts, and budgeting within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
Deep familiarity with global Contract Research Organization operations and clinical development services.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant CRM platforms.
Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of designing processes and training global teams.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
