The Role

As a Promotional Marketing Officer, you will serve as a vital link between our clinical excellence and the community. You will be tasked with driving patient acquisition, expanding our corporate network, and significantly elevating our brand presence. Your efforts will help bring essential specialized treatments—such as cataract, retina, and glaucoma surgeries—to those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Field Marketing: Lead community eye screening camps and corporate health talks to increase facility engagement.
Corporate Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic alliances with schools and corporate entities to establish robust referral networks.
Campaign Execution: Develop and deploy targeted marketing campaigns for our specialized eye care packages and seasonal promotions.
Collateral & Visibility: Manage the distribution of marketing materials and oversee local brand visibility efforts.
Performance Tracking: Utilize MS Excel and CRM tools to analyze campaign ROI and report on event outcomes.

Requirements

A B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
1–4 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or hospitality.
Exceptional networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
High proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
Willingness to travel locally and interstate to support mobile clinics and outreach events.
