In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day execution of critical civil infrastructure works across our project sites. Key Responsibilities

As the Project / Site Engineer, your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

Site Supervision & Coordination: Lead the day-to-day execution of site works including road construction, drainage systems, earthworks, kerbing, and utility installations.
Technical Interpretation: Accurately interpret civil engineering drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to ensure all construction works align with approved designs.
Survey & Setting Out: Set out site works using surveying instruments and work closely with surveyors to verify levels, alignments, and grades before and during the construction phase.
Contractor & Labor Management: Direct, monitor, and supervise subcontractors, skilled artisans, and general labor to maximize productivity and ensure premium craftsmanship.
Quality Assurance & Control: Perform routine quality assessments and coordinate standard material tests (including compaction, concrete crushing, and asphalt laying) to satisfy regulatory and engineering standards.
Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor actual progress against project schedules, promptly escalating potential delays, resource constraints, or risks to the Project Manager. Keep immaculate daily site logs, progress reports, material reconciliation records, and as-built documentation.
Resource & Logistics Coordination: Partner with the procurement and logistics divisions to ensure critical materials, plant machinery, and site tools are available when needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as an active liaison between site operations, external consultants, subcontractors, and municipal regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals.
Problem Solving & Safety Enforcement: Address and resolve localized technical challenges, maintaining a safe site by strictly enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
Meeting Participation: Participate in project and client site meetings, providing accurate technical updates on infrastructure works.
