Leidos is looking for a seasoned Master Project Scheduler to join the Force Protection Division. You will operate as the portfolio scheduling lead, partnering closely with the Director of Mission Software and dedicated Program Managers. Your core mission involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules that drive high visibility Department of Defense programs toward total success. Best of all, this is a fully remote position that you can perform from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of integrated planning, scheduling, and execution support across a diverse portfolio of defense programs. Your daily efforts will heavily support the Counter Small UAS Engineering and Integration Program, JIGSAW, and the upcoming Rock Island Arsenal Prototype Project. You will lead scheduling across software development, systems engineering, integration, testing, fielding, sustainment, and prototyping. By aligning every timeline with customer priorities and contractual milestones, you will become a trusted advisor to program leadership and spot potential roadblocks before they impact the mission.

Requirements

Success in this role requires an active SECRET security clearance and a deep background in master project scheduling within defense environments. You need a strong grasp of Integrated Master Schedule best practices, earned value management, and the ability to translate complex engineering milestones into actionable timelines. Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential since you will collaborate directly with high level directors and program managers.
