This critical Project Manager role directly supports our mission by overseeing the daily execution, budget management, and client communication for each quantitative data collection project. Your dedication ensures every project is delivered punctually, within its allocated budget, and consistently meets the exceptional quality and compliance standards name is renowned for. Key Responsibilities

Manage every stage of the project life cycle for data collection initiatives, from initial concept to final completion. This includes meticulous oversight of project budgets, adherence to timelines, and maintaining robust quality standards.
Review comprehensive project documentation alongside your manager, proactively identifying any issues that could jeopardize timing, budget, or gross margin. Collaborate with Client Services to secure revised quotes when necessary.
Lead engaging internal project kickoff meetings involving Sales, Panel, and Programming teams. Here, you will finalize requirements, establish timelines, and confirm schedules, working directly with clients to confirm materials and adjust plans as needed.
Provide clients with regular, transparent status updates throughout the fielding process. You will also recommend strategic panel approaches to the panel team, optimizing efforts to maximize sample acquisition.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, that panelist incentive payments are processed promptly, and that our Finance department receives the necessary metrics for accurate billing and invoicing.
Uphold the highest compliance standards, ensuring all projects consistently meet ISO 20252/26362 requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, particularly within the market research or data collection industry.
A solid understanding of quantitative research methodologies and data collection best practices.
Exceptional organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction and internal team collaboration.
Demonstrated capability in budget management and financial oversight for projects.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
Familiarity with ISO 20252/26362 standards or a strong willingness to quickly gain expertise in these critical compliance protocols.
