Overview

As a Project Manager in Payment Integrity, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the successful implementation of new and renewing programs across Molina Healthcare's Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace initiatives. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to contribute your expertise from anywhere in the world. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transitions for both providers and members, while also lending your support to broader departmental projects. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

Leading and managing all facets of assigned projects throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes meticulously overseeing project scope, crafting detailed schedules, allocating resources effectively, maintaining quality standards, tracking costs, and managing changes.
Supporting the successful execution of projects ranging from moderate to high complexity within our Payment Integrity department.
Developing comprehensive and detailed project plans that guide implementation efforts.
Fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with various departments and expert teams. This ensures seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
Preparing compelling PowerPoint presentations and clear workflow diagrams to communicate project status and strategies.
Mastering effective scheduling techniques, skillfully managing competing priorities, navigating challenging deadlines, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Working closely with senior leadership and external vendors to align project goals and deliverables.
Continuously monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements
