Overview

As our new Project Manager, you will oversee clinical studies from the initial start-up phase all the way through close-out. You become the main bridge between our valued sponsors and our internal experts. Your days will involve tracking milestones, keeping budgets on track, and ensuring every single regulatory standard is strictly met.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the complete lifecycle of clinical studies from start-up to close-out.
Manage project timelines, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
Act as the primary and trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams across multiple departments.
Spot potential project risks early and deploy smart mitigation strategies.
Maintain strict compliance with all applicable regulations and company SOPs.
Contribute to business development efforts by helping with proposals and bid defenses.

Requirements

Proven experience managing clinical trials, ideally within the dermatology space.
Solid understanding of clinical research regulations and quality standards.
Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for guiding diverse teams.
Strong financial acumen regarding project budgeting and forecasting.
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
