Overview

As part of our dynamic team, you will act as the crucial bridge between our valued healthcare clients and our internal experts. Your main mission is to champion client success, drive operational excellence, and make sure we always deliver on our promises. You will help us maintain our stellar reputation by keeping projects on track and relationships stronger than ever.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted and long lasting relationships over time.
Manage and monitor contracted service delivery to ensure every single commitment is fully met.
Achieve and maintain an impressive 95 percent client retention rate by proactively addressing client needs and concerns before they escalate.
Oversee end to end project delivery, striving for 100 percent on time completion against agreed deadlines.
Track and manage all daily work strictly against the client Statement of Work.
Professionally manage scope creep by guiding clients smoothly through the formal change request process.

Requirements

You should bring a proven background in project management, ideally within the healthcare technology or software space. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be talking to clients and internal teams daily. Organization comes naturally to you, and you know how to handle changing project scopes with grace and professional authority. Familiarity with service delivery frameworks and a genuine passion for client advocacy will set you up for immediate success here.
