Are you ready to take your project management career to the next level with a globally recognized leader? BCD Travel is looking for a dynamic Project Manager I to join our IPCM team. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that welcomes talented professionals based in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland, Spain, and Sweden. Please note that if you live near our Warsaw office, a 50 percent monthly in-office presence is required, while team members in Kraków and Rzeszów will work from the office at least one day per week. In this role, you will steer exciting initiatives from conception to completion, driving projects of medium complexity that span customer implementations, internal product rollouts, and core business process transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate local, regional, and global projects with a broad operational scope.
Leverage regional and local resources across various company departments to keep initiatives on track.
Strictly follow all IPCM procedures along with the OneTouch Project methodology and reporting standards.
Identify, evaluate, and actively manage project risks to protect deliverables.
Meet all requirements outlined in the CSS IPCM Competency Matrix.

Requirements

Proven experience successfully managing projects involving customer implementations, changes, or internal product rollouts.
Strong capability to handle medium complexity projects independently and efficiently.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
Flexibility to meet specific local office attendance policies if residing in designated Polish regions.
