Kyra is searching for a meticulous Project Manager to join our growing PMO team on a freelance basis. You will serve as the operational backbone for our influencer marketing campaigns, working behind the scenes to keep our data spotless and our platforms perfectly organized. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located worldwide, with a preference for alignment with the US East Coast time zone. Whether you are building campaign briefs from scratch or catching tiny discrepancies before they cause a ripple, your work will directly support massive global brands like SharkNinja, Coach, and Converse.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain precise brief shells directly on the Kyra platform, ensuring absolute data accuracy from day one.
- Monitor campaign data across all internal systems to keep everything clean, consistent, and fully up to date.
- Catch and correct operational discrepancies early so campaigns move smoothly through their lifecycle.
- Track campaign timelines occasionally as deliverables shift from planning to execution.
Requirements
- Early in your project management career with a strong desire to master operational foundations.
- Obsessed with details and take genuine pride in keeping information organized and accurate.
- Comfortable managing day-to-day administrative infrastructure for fast-paced digital campaigns.
- Proactive problem solver who spots errors before anyone else does.
- Available for freelance work while comfortable collaborating in a fully remote environment.
