Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the design execution phase of data center projects.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage internal project teams and external subconsultant teams effectively.
Apply robust financial acumen to track and control project costs, forecasts, and reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with design and delivery.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Ensure projects comply with AECOM standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within data center projects or similar complex infrastructure.
PMP certification is a mandatory requirement.
Demonstrated strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Experience managing both in-house teams and external subconsultants.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
