Overview
As our new Project Manager, you will steer large scale data center migration and modernization programs shifting complex workloads, applications, and infrastructure to AWS. You will not be managing fluff. You will plan migration waves, track critical risks, align engineering, security, and architecture squads, and protect the delivery date every single week. While our forward deployed engineers handle the technical judgment, you own the timeline and the executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery schedule for complex cloud migrations and data center modernizations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architecture, security, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Manage wave planning, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation strategies proactively.
- Keep project timelines defensible and transparent, ensuring our contractual commitments are met without exception.
- Facilitate clear communication so customer leadership always knows where the program stands.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing large scale data center migrations or cloud infrastructure transformations.
- Deep familiarity with AWS environments and enterprise migration methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to align technical teams and non-technical stakeholders around aggressive timelines.
- Strong grasp of risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone-driven execution.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment with distributed global teams.
