Key Responsibilities

You will meticulously track project progress and annotator performance, primarily leveraging Google Sheets to keep everything organized and transparent.
Regularly review the quality of work produced by annotators, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met across all deliverables.
Manage all communications with contributors efficiently and professionally, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Exercising high agency, you'll tackle challenges head-on and demonstrate robust organizational skills in all aspects of your work.
Apply your keen analytical mindset to continuously identify areas for improvement within LLM training projects.
Embrace the challenge of owning unfamiliar problems, guiding them from initial identification through to a successful resolution.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.

While not strictly required, a background in Operations (Ops) or previous project management experience is highly preferred.
