Opportunity: Project Engineer at Skache Intergrated Services Limited

Skache Intergrated Services Limited is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead the technical development, construction, and operationalization of a major gas infrastructure project, specifically focusing on CNG/LNG plants. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned expert to serve as the Owner’s technical representative and drive project excellence from conception to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Leadership: Lead front-end engineering design (FEED), technical specifications, and detailed engineering for gas infrastructure projects.
- Owner’s Engineering Oversight: Act as the technical custodian, ensuring EPC deliverables align with contractual, regulatory, and performance requirements through rigorous design reviews and HAZOP participation.
- Project Implementation: Provide real-time engineering guidance during procurement, fabrication, construction, and site acceptance testing (SAT/FAT).
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to industry standards including DPR/NUPRC, ASME, API, and NFPA, while liaising with regulatory authorities.
- Operational Readiness: Lead the development of maintenance strategies, operating manuals, and training programs to ensure a seamless transition to commercial operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in gas infrastructure project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of virtual pipeline systems (CNG/LNG), gas compression, and decompression facilities.
- Professional certifications such as COREN, PMP, or PE are considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
